First of all AGE DOESN'T MATTER GUYS I'm on my twenties so don't worry about that .
I was obsessed and checking in the mirror : YES so that's not a problem too lol.

Basically, I listened to subliminals about height 6 hours daily with no stop for 8 months (before sleep)
Btw it took me 8 months because I didn't know about the stacking method or others manifesting methods.

The first audio I listened to was from a user from Spain her channel was deleted, and I don't know if she have a new one anyways I grew instantly 4 cm so I was obsessed then I started getting results every 2 weeks or more and I felt frustrated , but I said to myself I grew 4cm instantly I can do it again so I started to read in forums comments everything so these manifesting method helped as well :
1. 68-second manifestation technique,
When you're listening your audios put your timer for 68 seconds and visualize your desire for example; my fridge is very tall and imagine I was tall as the fridge for 68 seconds .
- SATS
I grew 1 inch INSTANTLY doing SATS but for some reason I can't do it anymore because I fall asleep every time I try to do it
3 Manifestation combining writing, speaking, and visualizing.
While you listen to your audios write your desire then say it loudly and then visualize your desire.
I have to add the most important part , I was about to renew my ID so I didn't have time to keep listening to subliminals and I was praying and crying at night asking God to make my legs longer so I can finally be as tall as the fridge (the fridge it's exactly 70 inches and I missed like an inch to reach it ) when I finished my prayer I said in Jesus name amen and I went to the bathroom and when I was getting back to my room I saw the fridge and I was as tall as the fridge !!!
I was 5'3 now I'm 5'10 I just renew my ID
Everything is possible I forgot to mention that while I was listening these audios I was also listening to audios about other topics and still getting results ,so never believe when someone tells you don't do this because blah blah blah
