Hi everyone,
I’m really worried about my Carinotetraodon imitator.

About 2 days ago, it suddenly stopped eating and has shown no interest in food at all. Today, I noticed that its belly has become swollen.

I’m not sure whether it has been passing stool or not.

Because I initially suspected internal parasites, I started deworming treatment today.

I’ve attached several photos. The first photo shows its swollen belly today, and the last two photos show what it normally looks like.

Has anyone seen this before? Could this be internal parasites, constipation, a bacterial infection, or something else?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
