Confusion on body weight

I have been losing weight and doing well I think. I am looming good and feeling good. I track all my calories (maybe 3-5 times a year I don't). I am working out and I fit into things a lot easier. At my heaviest I was 220.2 lbs, I am 5' 3" and am now at 157.6 lbs. My question is concerning "ideal" weight. I look at calculators online including BMI (I know it isn't accurate) and the navy method calculators, but it seems like they all say I should be about 129-135 lbs.

I weighed that much in high school and looked underweight so why do they say that I should be that weight?

I don't understand how I could possibly be that small ever so how am I supposed to figure out where I should be?

Like I feel good now but I know I could lose a bit more but 27 more pounds?! That doesn't sound right 😭

Can you all give some advice or maybe just tell me to stop looking at that stuff. It feels impossible to get to these standards. I know I have lost 60+ lbs but it has been since 2024 and it has slowed dramatically. (5lbs a month down to 2 lbs a month).
