*please help me seniors 🙏*

So i calculated with tution+hostel+mess at worst 4.50 lakh/sem so 9 lakh per annum 💀 so 36 lakh (at worst) for 4 years.. am not eligible for any scholarship in 1st year, can grind my ass for other 3 tho... Still if we get 25% on tution 😭 its like around 23-24 lakhs for 4 years and hostel+mess is other thing.. we do not count my personal expenses so that i can be happy, atleast for now..

Now i can go with CHITKARA (15-20L TOTAL) OR CHANDIGARH UNI (15L total)... But wouldnt it be better to grind 4 years in a good and reputable college with better peers? I mean am an environment biased guy... What r ur thoughts? Seniors doing the same thing please guide 🫡

87%ile in mains (with punjab domicile) & 82.4% in 12th. Am hoping for COE or DSAI, last option being ENC...I know am cooked but still is there any scholarship I can get? my family income in less than 10LPA... any guidance is appreciated..
