1 year and 8 months Non-op strongman return
20 months since my rupture. Had non-op. Did recover fully and did my first strongman contest in 2 years last weekend, no pain and no fear op re-rupture even with a 270kg yoke. For everybody now struggling it will get better and you can return to playing sports on high lvl again.
