Hi All,
I’m looking for people who were in the same boat as me. I had my ACLR with quad graft on April 7. My extension is back to 0 but I have very little flexion, about 25 degrees and my quads isn’t firing all that much. I’ve been pretty good at doing home exercises for flexion and quads including nems! but I’m feeling a bit hopeless for not seeing results. I just started my PT this week which I am also skeptical if he is a good fit for this kind of injury. How many session before I should decide if I need to switch? When should I call my surgeon about seeing little progress? It’s almost a month in
Any tips on recovering faster or word of advice is greatly appreciated. This is taken a toll on my mental health 🥺
