I installed Silverblue 44 on a test machine. When I tried to install an rpm with rpm-ostree, I got an error message:

error: Updating rpm-md repo ‘updates-archive’

It seems to be due to a 404 downloading the repodata/STRING-primary.xml.zck file from the appropriate path under fedoraproject-updates-archive.fedoraproject.org. (Where STRING is a long alphanumeric string that presumably is an UUID; I’m typing from my phone so please excuse my abbreviated URL). Could there be a server that’s down? Can I install the rpm offline without pinging the server?
