Not exactly, however I believe it should be due to the scene I remember vividly.

The scene involved a guy accidentally ripping off a girls top, showing her “goods”.

That is the main summary of what I remember, and another key part is that the female had ice powers. However I am second guessing.

I’m positive it was an anime and not a hentai due to the fact I saw it on a Anime Recap channel a few years back.
