New to grilling, and cooking in general. Some heavy discoloration on this breast. Is it ok to eat? It’s been marinating in the fridge for a couple days
Edit: obviously it’s raw! It’s hasn’t been cooked yet. I’m just asking about the closest breast with the dark discoloration
