Hiring even MORE people for the huge project, despite...

There are so many 'experts' that it's hard to snag a task before the other ELEVEN THOUSAND people do, yet Mercor is hiring MORE people for the project. Unbelievable. It's unprofessional and disrespectful to people who have worked very hard since the project started, and actually studied the guidelines. And given the comments in the Slack help channel, neither the quality of the new 'experts' nor the onboarding process has improved. This really makes Mercor look bad. Have some pride, Mercor - you are embarrassing yourselves.

P.S. Gotta love reviewers who just past HUGE portions of the guidelines in their comments, and that's it. Do reviewers get paid more, because I'm also good at control-C and control-X!
