White Buffalo - What Can You Tell Me About It

This hasn’t hit the shelf in concentrate form for a long time at my location and I can’t remember how the flower was BUT it’s got one of my faves from way back….ROMULAN!!!! along with a few others. Can anyone with experience in old school genetics confirm the Romulan comes through? I’d love to hear experiences with the strain.

Bangin Your Buck At Trulieve

I’ve been working around discounts and sales to try structuring a savings guide based on each dispensaries daily price fluctuations. I’m curious what other patients think a reasonable weekly budget is. My goal is to create a few “workflows” around dispensary behavior and patient well being but I lack the data. I would really appreciate site anyone willing to share their spending habits or dispo associates who can give an idea on the average receipt total. I may be able to help put the power back in patients pockets with a little help here.

Anywho. I had my 5 purchases built-out for $50 off $100 along with the 50% off 1 item. I shop a NW Broward location and there’s a young man whose names starts with a D. I asked D about Trulieves
in/out metric and was informed management wants to see it at 5 minutes or less. I then told D my plan of helping the community shop strategically and save their money but I did t want to feel like I got bottom of the barrel BS. I told him I had $100 to work with and what I like in strains. The only gram I selected is the Dream Queen by Roll One. Within 5 minutes D had 5g ranging from wax -> resin-> shatter-> Terp Sauce and none of them are what I’d consider “discount dabs”. Today I learned what a Trulieve associate can and will do when approached and spoken with respectfully. You have 5 minutes to make sure of exactly what you want so why not learn a little while there. All said and done, I walked out with 5g for $73 and left a $10 thank you card for the patience and diligence. Now I can shove this extra $17 back up my banks slot and roll it into next weeks budget. Do you think $400 a month is excessive, moderate, respectable…? To me it’s insane but concentrates break banks and the pharmaceuticals I need to replace cannabis can create bigger problems than finances.
From top to bottom to middle:

Left

Dream Queen Wax (S) Wax Roll One_ This has become one of the few strains I make sure to have every single day. My PTSD puts me through absolute hell and it’s hard to pull out of rumination once triggered . My mornings can also be hell if I’ve spent the night running from demons in my sleep. Those mornings are cold and emotionless until I catch my bearings but this strain changes it. It’s a great rescue for rumination and an amazing declutter-er for those stuck or fractured thoughts. Also pairs great with my ADHD 🤬. I’m not a fan of the higher terp and lower thc for the simple fact I believe the experience lacks the plants natural expressions and feels “synthetic”. For me, really high terps creates a much stronger and aggressive onset while minimizing the duration. At 73% thc and 4% terps the Blue Dream shines and tends to stick around.

Diesel Dough Live Sauce (I) Modern Flower_ This was in the 75% off bins. If you don’t know about them, ask the budtender to check the discount bins before adding to your order. These don’t have MOQ and are always hiding funk. $13.75g. This one helps to chill out after a stressful day. It always helps to fall and stay asleep when I double the dab dose before bed. Can’t be two in a row though…gotta chest out that thing and double a single dose. For me at least 😴

Right
Sly Look Live Resin (I) Modern Flower_ The dessert menu has never been my favorite but adaptation is a mofo in legal weed. This has been picked up for the GMO side in an effort to satisfy my strange craving for stanky onion and garlic armpits. The cake in it makes the flavor less visual 🤷🏻while providing a sense of calm and tranquility after work. In higher doses I find this strain to be a day killer in the sense I get lazy AF!

Funk Mountain Live Resin (S) Modern Flower_. Beam me TF up Scotty! And in the damn $20 bin to boot! My first time giving this girl a go and WOWZERS was she disrespectful. I grabbed a lil too much and she turned back to smack the smile off my face. I was pretty scared of her for about 20 mibytes until we made up and she went gentle in round 2. If you like quick liftoffs and smacks to the face…give her a call. She’s easy to find 😂

Middle :

Banana Brûlée (H) Shatter - Roll One_ I can’t say much about this other than the color and texture are A+ for shatter. I haven’t had shards of THC remaining stable in FL heat for a while. This is it tho. She’s going to become a bunch of little halos to help me fly. Who’s hit this and what should I expect?

If you’ve read this much you deserve a cookie. I took too big a dab 39 minutes after the adderal and dove in. Thanks for swimming with me 😵‍💫😂🫡 toodalooo muduufudgers

What’s MUV’n?

I’m considering my first MUV purchase and would like honest feedback. Trying to find the classic funk is a mofo so I have to shop around and piece my weekly spending between several dispos. Getting bored with the usual suspects and saw B52 at MUV. A Blue Dream x Durban Poison sounds PHENOMENAL but is it? I love me some sour, cheese, GDP, Blueberry….the genetics that brought us where we are today. What should I grab?

Morning Stimulation - The Evolution Of Cannabis

Cannabis is no longer being discussed through the same lens it was a decade ago. Public perception is shifting. Policy is shifting. Medicine, mental health, addiction, criminal justice, taxation, insurance, corporate consolidation… all of it appears to be moving at once.

So what happens next?

If federal rescheduling becomes reality, what changes first?

Pricing and market stability?

Insurance involvement?

Pharma-backed standardization?

Research and clinical adoption?

MSOs tightening control?

New innovators creating entirely new categories?

Right now the industry still feels like fragmented retail. But if cannabis is formally recognized as medicine, the entire framework could change—compliance, branding, efficacy, distribution, even who gets to play.

My real question:
Who sees the next move before everyone else… and who’s already building for it?
