Iceland while recovering from a knee surgery
I'm going to Iceland for the first time at the end of June (for a friend's 50th birthday). After the birthday, my husband and I were planning a pretty physical adventure trip but unfortunately I just had knee surgery (6 weeks ago) to repair my ACL/meniscus. My doc says I'll be fine to walk on flat surfaces/paths but shouldn't hike any rocky terrain. I can do buggy, ATV, horseback riding options. Any thoughts/suggestions welcome and TIA.
