Still waiting for BAC almost 6 months later
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there’s anyone out there (especially if you’re in LA county) that is experiencing these kinds of delays, or how long it took for you to get your BAC results.
My lawyer said it’s not unheard of, but that it certainly seems to be taking a long time. I was pulled over for speeding and blew a .10, got a blood draw an hour later. DMV hearing has been rescheduled for the 5th time, no charges have been filed against me yet.
