I have an associate who is wanting 34 hours for the next 6 weeks before dropping back to 25 hours. Can I do that without moving them from part time to full time? Can I do it for a couple weeks, drop them, bring them back up, etc? I have emails they initiated so I can prove they asked and I'm not doing it maliciously. I just don't have the budget for another full time employee.
