So i had interview at Xceltec for a fresher position so the interview Was divided in different parts first was the aptitude test. After it. It was logical and HR round and last night was the technical round.
So test, I will give in our simple logical pattern to solve and after that it was simple hr round and we were discussing about the company policy and hr was asking some personal information.
then lastly it was the technical round where I was asked questions regarding my resume my project and the basic questions regarding the position for which I applied for.
When ended I got the offer and at last the HR called me and to discuss the policies and salary structure etc
HR shared the company policy to wait like live and half a working hours, one hour break, and I am looking like that keep the captain mentioning that the work in my need to be confident. I need to put effort and kept on mentioning it again to told me to stop listening what the people say at the office and focus only on my work.
I think at people saying that XcelTec you have well. Maybe or may not be correct
