Getting the Digital Nomad with only savings

Hey guys,

So I just spent 3 months in São Paulo and I want to fully move to Brazil I just love that place (yes I love SP, I said it :p).

My question is whether it is likely to be awarded the DN visa when you only have savings? I have been building consumer apps before with some success, right now I'm employed but I want to move back to Brazil and build a foreign company but live in Brazil (and pay taxes in Brazil).

I have low six figures in savings and technically 2 rental properties that bring my income very slightly above the $1.5k income but I'm not sure that this is satisfying the remote work requirement lol.

It's not very clear, because they say we need remote work contract but then they say either proof of income or savings.

In my case at the time of asking the visa, I would have big savings and proof of ownership of foreign company but not revenue yet.

Also for context, I have the ability of having a remote work contract right now and move now (after visa) but I have an opportunity to work on cutting edge tech in Europe for a year and I want to assess whether delaying a year will greatly impact my ability to get that visa!

Thanks and sorry if this question is always asked :D

EDIT: I'm a French citizen
