Subletting Shared Bedroom for Summer and Fall Quarters
Hello!
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2 bed/1.25 bath apartment from July 1-December 31 for $1000 a month (dates slightly flexible). The apartment is located on 691 Levering (Levering Heights) and is a 10 minute walk from campus.
The room will be shared with another person and will come mostly furnished (everything except for a bed).
The apartment comes with a washer, dryer, and AC for the unit. Water and trash is included, electricity, gas, and internet is not.
The apartment has a pool and a balcony, and my share of the room does not include a parking spot (though it is possible to rent one from other people living in the apartments).
