Hi guys just a quick question, does decanting mess with the notes of a perfume? As in if sample of a perfume is taken from a full bottle, does that cause percentage of a certain layer of notes to be increased/decreased?

I ask this because I tried one spray of a perfume(Hersh Lahab) and I liked it so I went back and took 25cc of the perfume, but now it smells kinda different, the green leafy notes are so overpowering and its not the same scent as the single spray I tried before that

TLDR: does taking samples from a full bottle mess with the notes percentage of the perfume?
