Medical exam result concern

Hi guys,

I got my immigration medical exam done last week, and today the clinic called saying they found a minor issue on my chest X-ray. They sent me the report and told me it’s nothing serious and shouldn’t affect my PR application. Has anyone else experienced something similar during the immigration medical process?

EXAM DESCRIPTION: Chest PA

CLINICAL HISTORY: Immigration chest x-ray.

FINDINGS:

There is no acute airspace disease, pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

There are no hilar or parenchymal calcifications.

The cardiac silhouette is within normal limits.

There is a mild levoconvex scoliosis of the mid and lower dorsal spine.

CONCLUSION:

No acute airspace disease with no features of active or remote TB.

In the personal history, should I separate the same job into two entries if I worked there first on a study permit and later on a work permit?
This was just a part time job through an employment agency that I did prior to getting the skilled job.
Any idea?
