quitting venlafaxine tips?

I finally decided to visit a new psychiatrist after so much trauma and 10 years of venlafaxine. We agreed on a quicker way to get it off my system, so i went from my usual dosage of 150mg less 37,5mg every four days. Now I just took the last 37,5 and started on fluvoxamine 25mg, but oh god, while it was pretty normal during the past weeks, in one day i felt all the brain zaps, some diarrhea and feel dizzy all the time. I take clonazepam when I feel panicky but its still awful because of my huge fear of nausea. any tips or any way to feel better during those days? Im taking some anti sickness meds when its too much but nothing else

middle back pain that seems to come from the inside

I am not asking for medical advice, pains in the middle of my back, that seems to come from the inside, like the kidneys, and it hurts like hell for a few minutes and then its gone or it goes away after i place a hot water bag on my back. I observed that this time, this pain came after I took a pill of mefenamic acid for another pain in my rectum because i am always constipated lol. Anyways, I'm very puzzled here and not sure what to look for. I am not asking for medical advice.
