a little advice coming from someone that’s been in your shoes (currently AG about to hit the floor at a center) - i wouldn’t recommend looking at this reddit anymore if you have already got your TOL go to the discord for questions not here. most of the people on here are negative, lock in on the academy it’s not easy. everyone i work with at the center i’m at seems happy to me for the most part and we are pretty busy (also well staffed) so what im saying is it’s not bad everywhere. and also the people complaining are probably valid, i’m assuming working 6 day work weeks at a tracon. point of all of this is don’t let reddit of all places scare you away this job is amazing. goodluck at the academy!
