Need help for my dead Father's phone.
Hello, my father was killed 3 years ago under unknown circumstances. Yes there is a case but we can't really trust the authorities as we believe that either they are part of the cover up or idiotically incapable to do their jobs. I don't know what i want to search for tbh, rather dig and whatever comes up and i need a little bit of human guidance on how to achieve safely without wiping the phone data. So the phone is an unlocked Alcatel 1 5033F Android version 11 with a MT6739 chip. What can i do and cannot do in order to copy the disk image to pc? In XDA i was unable to find anyone that has rooted the device and i doubt that with my skills i can escalate privileges but do i even need to do that? then i read about using mtkclient, i just don't know what to do and i'm hesitant cause i don't want to lose any data. Any kind of help would be deeply appreciated. (Maybe someone will suggest to consult a professional for this, which is fair but yet i am not really sure that there will be anything useful in the mobile and also kind tight on money due to lawyer fees.)
