Worth noting: the seller is also the listing agent, and owns the property directly adjacent to this parcel. We are fine with most of the covenants but the 24 hour inspection clause feels... extraordinary. Is this normal? Is it enforceable?

Context: this is a parcel of land. Unimproved, raw land.
