I take 2 sachets of a preparation for tiredness and 2 oil tablets, the total amount (I already multiplied the quantities):

Creatine 6g,

L-arginine 4g,

Beta-alanine 800mg,

Magnesium 400mg,

Vitamin C 160mg,

Iron 14mg,

Zinc 12mg,

Vitamin B1 4mg,

Fish oil 2g (EPA + DHA)

Vitamin E 4mg

Any other suggestions? It seems to be working for now.
