So… I messed up. Licence ‘Start Date’ incorrect on first ever Bike insurance policy

Hi! I am just a provisional licence holder and have had it for 20 years. I am doing a CBT and got myself a scooter, which I’ve insured for the year. I did the quote about 4 weeks ago and agreed and paid upfront. The policy is due to begin on Friday 29th May and I realised looking at details online that one of the dates I put in was incorrect. It asks for the “licence date” and explains it’s the date you received allowance for motorcycle riding, I put in August 2015 but it should be May 2006. I’ve googled the heck out of this and it doesn’t look like I’d be in too much “trouble” for this but I am very worried my policy is now invalid because there’s a detail wrong. I have emailed them (Sabre Direct) but it’s the bank holiday weekend so I’ve been left in limbo. The problem/my fear is that they’ll just cancel it and make me sign up again with a new quote or they’ll recalculate my agreed and paid amount… and when I go looking for a quote now it’s about a £200 price hike. I’ve read that if a policy is due to start last minute it’s more expensive, like a last minute tax?
What do I do? Change it or risk it? This is my first vehicle, first insurance, and I immediately flubbed it.

Has anyone dealt with Sabre Direct? Are they ok? What’s my policy status? Should I just cancel it all and go live in a desert? camels don’t need insurance

Thanks in advance
