I applied for LUMS financial aid; however, I have not yet received any related email or update regarding it. I received my acceptance on 15 April, but I have still not received the hard copy of my admission offer letter.

I would appreciate clarification regarding how much time this process usually takes. I would also like to know the possible reasons for this delay and any alternatives or further steps I should consider.
