didnt wanna just outright have the word penis in the title but serious why is some guys junk a darker skin tone then the rest of their body

is it just genetic, is it cause they don’t clean or something, or do some of yall just tan your business and nothing else

cause ik some guys be saying there mixed but its all below the belt and honestly with how it look sometimes i might start believing it
