I stood up for my sister and received probably the best compliment of my life

So we are 3 siblings,me(20M),my older sister(24) and my younger sister(14). I have always acted as a secondary guardian for my younger sister, not like my parents but as someone who takes care of the things she never reveals to anyone, this includes stuff about her friend circle, studies, classmates, anything she feels weird or scared to tell my parents she tells me, not even my older sister knows much, she never provided me with the same amount of support as my younger sister received from me.

So today she was called for a parents teachers meet, my parents were unavailable so I went to meet with her teachers, the first thing they told me was how silent and shy she is in the classes, I clarified them that she is a introvert who is only comfortable with people she knows and struggles to socialise,I then replied as long as her grades and marks are good, her being shy doesn't matter much. Although social skills are important in life, she struggles with it. It's the case since she was a child and was always mocked by our family members and relatives. I have always tried to defend her for this. Her teacher and I talked back and forth a few times regarding this until she understood properly what I meant. She was quite understanding and promised to help her.

When we returned home, she hugged me and complimented me saying thanks for making her teachers understand that she is an introvert and not everyone is the same. This was easily one of the best compliments I have ever received and I am proud of myself for supporting my sister for something she struggles with.

It's laughable how both netflix and amazon prime messed up the final season of arguably thier biggest shows

I am genuinely scared of invincible now, I hope they won't destroy that to set up some spin off or prequel.

Should we consider a dog or a cat for my parents?

EDIT-As said by everyone, I think it's a bad idea, I will have a talk with them if they are actually ok with the idea of having a pet and can actually take care of them properly, So I am deleting this post, thanks for the suggestions everyone

What if tech companies are intentionally creating hardware shortage to boost subscription based cloud gaming services?

What if the tech companies are intentionally gatekeeping hardware components like rams and cpus, because if a normal consumer finds it difficult to build and own a pc, they might think of shifting to subscription based cloud gaming, and that's what the companies want, own nothing and pay forever, you also need at least a decent pc to run cloud gaming services, so they will start dumping mass manufactured cheap machines or worse subscription based devices.

And when cloud gaming actually becomes accepted, they will start shifting the components from ai to maintaining cloud gaming servers and collect data and store them.

It's just a wild thought of mine, what's your opinion
