As title states i havent played in 2-3 years, just wondering if i should get some game pass to play online and grind multiplayer. Is it active enough for camo grinds?

Im coming from pc but the player count is so low i have to wait like 30 minutes to search a lobby and play multiplayer or zombies. Should i get xbox gold for IW on xbox? And just regrind?
