A good owner would fire this GM

Jerry gets credit for being a good owner. A good owner would fire a GM that has failed for 30 years. 30 years. But he won’t, so he is in fact a terrible owner.
Oh - he’s a great business man, a genius - he runs the best BUSINESS in football, but is terrible at the - you know - football.

It’s time. It’s been time. It’s long past time.
Jerry the owner and especially the GM has got to go for the good of the football.

Predicting the Dak Press Conference

I’ll save you some time and predict what Dak will say in his media availablity

‘Yeah, I mean, obviously frustrating. You know, credit to those guys. They came out, they executed, they made plays when they needed to make plays. And we didn't. Simple as that. It starts with me. I've gotta be better. We've gotta be better as an offense, as a team. And that's what it comes down to.

The interceptions:

Yeah, I mean, can't happen. Just can't happen. Especially against a good football team. You can't turn the ball over and expect to win football games in this league. I've gotta protect the football. I've gotta make better decisions. That's on me. I'll own that.

The team:
Yeah, I mean, look, nobody in that locker room is happy. Nobody's satisfied. But I believe in these guys. I believe in this coaching staff. I believe in what we're building here. We've just gotta go back, look at the film, clean some things up, and get back to work. That's all we can do.

Still a playoff team?
Absolutely. One hundred percent. I wouldn't be standing here if I didn't. There's a lot of football left to play. We've got the guys in that locker room to get it done. But we've gotta take it one day at a time, one practice at a time, one play at a time. Can't worry about the playoffs when we're not taking care of what's right in front of us.
