Property owner STR arbitrage insurance
I’m a landlord and I have a potential tenant that wants to use my property as a STR. I’ve done some vetting of the tenant and I’m comfortable moving forward with them.
The last problem I’m coming across is our insurance does not like the idea and said they would not insure for that scenario.
Does anyone have experience getting insurance as the property owner in an arbitrage situation? What did you end up doing?
