(Resume review) Why I am not getting rejected even before interview stage?
I moved to UK 5 years ago, now I don't require sponsorship to work in UK.
I have 10+ years of experience in developing systems in Python and C#. I heavily involve in the process and devops for the last 7 years.
My current employer is not a big name (people don't even know them - its hard to introduce my employer to other tech people because) the company is originally from different industry and still operating in a very small level (less than 20 employee, and 1 million revenue), but trying to fit in LLMs so since last couple of years I have pretty decent workload around LLMs and agentic AI systems.
I am trying to apply for a lot of lead and principal developer, senior devops and architect roles (mostly preferring remote first roles in Yorkshire), yet I just get "Unfortunately, on this occasion, we will not be proceeding with your application." replies.
Because I have kids 2 under 2, I don't usually network outside office hours, never attended a tech event in UK, I don't know any one in tech business except my current and past colleagues. I also write a wordpress blog without any SEO, I write random thoughts on tech (especially on how technology evolve, etc) and only share it in my Linkedin. I don't have huge number of followers in Linkedin and don't usually get more than 3 reactions for such posts.
What I am I missing? What is wrong with my profile?
