Hi, I’m supposed to click Start Application to proceed with my payment and appointment but lately, I am facing with this issue. Despite multiple times provide feedback and I don’t see any improvement from here. Has anyone face similar situations like me too?

A bit of a background here is that I am extremely worried due to this is my first time applying and my trip supposed to be on October 2026. It is now June already.
