As the above says - my dentist confirmed my crown fractured after 2 years. I went to a new dentist in the same chain as I moved house. I asked if I should return to where they fitted it and he said you can but maybe no point.

Has this happened to anyone before? I thought I would have gotten a bit longer before the crown caused issues.

I don’t believe I grind my teeth ( I snore but no teeth grinding according to hubbie). I clean my teeth thoroughly and visit dentist regularly. Don’t eat hard sweets - I do drink cola about 3-4 times a week.

Is it worth pursuing with the dentist who put the crown in? Has anyone had this happen to them?
