“It looks like something’s wrong, oops” error for months. Help?
Has anyone experienced this with SoundCloud?
For months now I haven’t been able to properly use SoundCloud at all. The homepage loads for a split second and then I get an error message saying, “It looks like something’s wrong, oops.” No songs will play and the site becomes unusable.
I’ve tried pretty much every troubleshooting step I can think of: • Deleted and reinstalled the app • Updated the app • Cleared cache and data • Tried different browsers • Tried using a VPN and without a VPN • Tested different networks
The issue happens on both the mobile app and the web browser, which makes me think it might be account-related rather than a device issue.
I contacted support and, after waiting weeks for a response, I got a generic reply telling me to update or reinstall the app, which I’ve already done multiple times.
Has anyone had this happen before or found a solution? I’m honestly out of ideas at this point.
