Alright guys, just a quick one whats the retention like in RN vs RM.

I was in nod training for about 8 months but now when i speak to the lads that passed out they all say its shit and are all leaving after min service.

I have some mates that transferred over from nod training and they say its allot better (within reason) no shit pings no unwanted drafts…
