Herbicide or virus?

Beginner gardener here. Anyone knows if this is herbicide damage or a virus?
The tomato was going well a week ago until last week. Saw some curled leaves and thought it was heat stress, it has been 90F recently. I watered it and left for the weekend. Came back and how the whole plant is dry and warped.
It looks closest to herbicide damage but some other images looks like mosaic virus.

  1. Only this one is fully affected. All leaves are warped, dry, but fully green. No yellow or brown spots anywhere.
  2. The other tomatoes, and the one and the same pot, are ok.
  3. One other baby tomato has 1 leaf stem with similar warping while the rest of the plant is normal. But the affect tomatoes are not even close to one another.
  4. This was fruiting before the leaves went funny.

Anyone familiar with this symptom? Can I save this tomato?
