how can i maintain doing no poo if my hair itself is already thick and dry, without shampoo or conditioner i will have many flakes of dandruff, how can i keep scalp hydrated

this music band is amazing though I don't see much of them except that one album, its like they disappeared. Their faces are not shown we don't even know their names or something? does anyone know what happened to them?

Hey so Im from bashur but have a question. I have seen that people in bakur tend not to be very fluent in kurdish and ofc I do not mean anything bad and this is what i see online, and i wanted to ask you guys how bad is it? are many people assimilating? Because it truly makes me sad to see this.
