I’ve seen a handful of threads on this topic but am hoping for a little more advice tailored to my situation:

I’ll be moving in July/August for work and am looking to keep it under $4000 for a 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom. I want to live somewhere lively where I can walk around and explore. I’m not new to being around the homeless so being around homeless people isn’t a new concept.

So far I'm interested in Elowen, Park 12, Pinnacle on the park, and Griffis in Mission Valley but am open to suggestions!

Does anyone have experience in any of these buildings? I’d really appreciate any advice!
