My apartment currently has paid cover spots, paid indoor parking, and the rest is first come first serve. Just got an email saying that they are now going to convert a decent chunk of the free first come first serve spots into paid parking (not even covered) starting in July. Is there any way the city of Lynnwood can restrict this? I saw in Seattle that landlords are not allowed to charge for previously stated free spots in the lease but given that its not all of the parking just some, I'm not sure if that would be the same.
