Which iPad should I get second hand for a first year STEM program?
What has worked for everyone in the past? Which ipads have lasted you the longest?
I want to know which ipad would be a good fit for a first year STEM student who plans to literally just use it for notes and very simple school stuff as my mac will handle the bulkier and heavier stuff. I also plan to use it to record lectures to help with note taking by converting the lectures to text format/notes using AI but that's really it, the idea is just to have it for class and to use my mac for the rest, because I suck at typing noting.
I don't need the newest, just something that meets my needs.
I am not familiar with ipads so what would you recommend for the amount of storage? What's worked for you in the past?
My only nonnegotiable is having good connection and writing ability with the apple pencil (I plan to get as new gen as I can for the pencil), again the only real reason I need an ipad is for digital notes and the features it provides for notes.
