Article claims US judge will sign off on RSA approval

This is being reported today in Blomberg.

"Judge Martin Glenn of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York said during a Friday hearing he would sign off on the US recognition request, which was uncontested"

Why isn't this news yet? Filing coming after the close today? I would have thought the technical selling would have ended by now but i guess i was wrong. Going to take a hell of a lot of good news to turn this one around

NFE requests permission to dredge San Juan Bay- Can someone help me quantify this?

As the title says, company want to dredge a few feet to allow for larger ships and FSUs. Anyone with specific knowledge here can help me quantify the impact this would have on their finances? I imagine this means larger ships, less deliveries, fewer switching interruptions/significantly less diesel required, potential to send more gas elsewhere?

TIA

SEC Filings PSA

If you want to be notified directly when a company submits a filing to the SEC in real time, you can either a) sign up directly on that company's website (https://ir.newfortressenergy.com/investor-resources/email-alerts), b) sign up directly on the SEC website (sec.gov), or c) probably the easiest, use a website like capedge.com and sign up for email notifications for whatever company you care about.

Instead of mindless conjecture, you'll get the info direct from the company when the rest of the market gets it so you can safely ignore 98% of posts here. They're all free
