Help figuring out if this stray kitten is blind or can be helped
A stray cat that hangs around our house and we feed daily had a little of kittens. They seem to have varying eye issues and a friend who cares for cats suggested Terramacina 3-4x /day. Their eyes were crusted over and looking not great but 2 of the 3 of them are looking better. My concern is for the third one, whose eyes look like the following picture after 48 hours of administering the ointment (picture below)
I can't really afford to take him to a vet I'm just trying to figure out if the cat is likely already blind or if continuing any kind of care for him is helping. They're living on our front stoop with the mom and all super happy and animated. He doesn't really seem sick or anything. The kitten is about 2-3 weeks old max. As far as I can tell it's a he. Based in Miami, FL
Any help would be greatly appreciated
