Christie HD14K-M bottom-right image dim/clipping issue, looking for advice

Hi i am not experienced with projectors but i am troubleshooting a Christie HD14K-M projector. It powers on, both lamps strike, and it displays internal test patterns, but the bottom-right corner/edge of the image looks weak or partially clipped/vignetted.

Symptoms:

Issue appears on internal test patterns, not just HDMI/input.

Same behavior on solid white, red, green, blue, and even black.

The image/color is still present in the bottom-right area, but it is noticeably weaker/dimmer rather than completely missing.

There is also some edge color fringing/convergence-looking outline near that corner.

Not a full dead corner; more like partial optical falloff/vignetting.

What I’ve tried:

Checked/reset blanking.

Checked edge blend.

Checked warp/geometry correction.

Reset settings to defaults.

Calibrated the lens.

Reseated the lens and confirmed it is fully seated/locked.

Tested lens shift across the range.

Adjusted boresight.

Issue still remains.

At this point I’m not sure is the cause of this issue?

Has anyone seen this on Christie M-Series projectors? What should i inspect next to fix the issue?
