Small business owners — how are y’all finding GOOD UGC creators for TikTok?
I own a luxury home fragrance brand and I’m trying to get more serious about TikTok content, but finding creators has been harder than I expected.
A lot of pages either have fake engagement, charge influencer prices for low-quality content, or don’t match the brand aesthetic at all.
For those of you who’ve actually had success with UGC:
Where are you finding creators?
Are you using agencies, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Fiverr, Upwork, Reddit, etc.?
What’s a realistic rate for quality UGC right now?
What red flags should I watch for before hiring someone?
I’m not necessarily looking for huge influencers — I care more about creators who can make content that actually converts.
Would appreciate any advice or lessons learned before I start throwing money at this.
