TLDR: Private equity claims eviction due to hockey program's refusal to adjust programs and costs too high.

Hockey program claims Private Equity was negotiating to take over the program entirely under its own name.

Result, private equity forming their own team under Biggby name and Hockey Program moves to new location.

IMO: private equity is doing exactly what people suspect it to do. Not a good look.
