Trouble with the WOCS Blackboard registration link timing out
Got selected on the March board and I report to WOCS in OCT. I received the Blackboard registration instructions, but the link keeps timing out every time I try to use it.
It authenticates my CAC successfully, but after that it just loads for a while and eventually times out.
Has anyone else experienced this before, or is it maybe too early for my account to be activated?
