I want to bench 200 by September
(Male, 5’10” 160lbs) Getting back into lifting after 6 years of mostly calisthenics. Still trying to settle into a good routine, but I can comfortably bench 165 3x5, and I hit one rep of 185 last week. Is it reasonable to think I could hit 200 by the end of the summer? Any tips on how to progress toward this? TIA
