I've been streaming on twitch for a few years and i've kind of grown a reputation in the community for having a "bad quality stream" whether its choppy or laggy or pixelated or anything of that sort I cant find good settings on streamlabs for my specs.

Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz

Installed RAM 32.0 GB

Storage 1.82 TB HDD ST2000DM008-2UB102, 119 GB SSD Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series

Graphics Card Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics (8 GB)

upload speed: 216 mbps

I typically stream minecraft on a choppy or laggy 780p output I was wondering if anyone could help me with settings to either raise quality or help the lag.
