Persona 5 (the original one) holds a special place in my Heart, and, while I did like Futaba X Joker, Makoto X Joker, Kawakami X Joker, Ryuji X Joker, or even Poly Phantom Thieves, pretty much any ship, I couldn't help but feel the absolute best of them all for me had to be (Joker) Akira/Ren X Akechi.

It's not the same, but, Akechi and Joker's dynamic in Persona 5 reminded me a tad of L and Light's, just a tad, which is probably part of the reason I love this ship. Though I know they are inspired by Arsene Lupin and Sherlock Holmes.

I didn't get into "shipping" much until lately, but I always thought these two had a nice dynamic and I shipped them kinda, now I just love them together so much.

Also they are just such awesome characters, and they just seem so freaking gay for eachother ngl.

In my eyes, to Akechi, Joker is pancakes 😋
